4. Community Participation & User-Generated Content

We do not actively monitor private messages, but community moderators may review public content to enforce Community Guidelines. By participating, you understand that your contributions may be stored, archived, and referenced to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Human-AI Managers: Account data and service history are retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 24 months after cancellation, unless required otherwise by law.
Coaching Sessions: Session notes and recordings are retained for up to 12 months to provide follow-up support.
Community Data: Public community posts may be retained indefinitely to maintain platform history, unless removed by you or at our discretion.
Other operational data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or comply with legal obligations.

6.1 UPDATING PERSONAL information

If you change your name, address or contact information, or become aware of incorrect information, it is your responsibility to change your information so that it is up-to-date and correct. Upbeater aims to maintain accurate information about you and will do everything we can to keep your information up to date.
