Through Upbeater you get a closer contact with the freelancers in our community, where you can talk to the freelancers directly to build great relationships and employer branding.

If you prefer to only share your need, we only charge a low fee spread the work about your job opening to our freelancers.

If you find a candidate that you want to work with, you can choose to either pay the freelancer through Upbeater (10% on invoiced amount), or pay the freelancer directly.

If you choose to pay the freelancer directly, it's up to the freelancer to decide if they want to invoice you through Upbeater or through their own company.

When hiring freelancers, be clear about the mission and purpose of both your company and the work you want them to do. The more the freelancer feel driven by the cause, the more attracted they'll be to apply and the more passionate they'll be about the task at hand.

Remember to value the freelancers time as time is money (literally). The freelancer might be working on several project at once, so the clearer agenda, plan and schedule you have the better.

If you want to hire a freelancer, you can either;

• Share your freelance assignment with our community directly and pay per job post
• Join our community and get direct access to the freelancers through a company-membership paid monthly
• Get a "short-list" of 3 matching candidates via our selection service and pay 50% up front, 50% upon signing

If you with, we can handle the administration of invoicing, payments, etc. In that case, we charge a 10% fee that will be added on top of the invoice amount.

We understand why you're asking, recruiting is extremely time consuming (and also hard if you don't have the right network)!

While we don't offer a full recruitment service, we know our community best, and are therefore happy to offer help with the selection process. This means that we can help you select the best 3 matches for your needs.

For this, we charge a selection service fee of 14.990 sek (€1.490).
