About Human-AI Managers

No matter what we call it, our hybrid Human-AI model combes AI efficiency and Human expertise to help freelancers promote their business.
You may think of them as your personal business sidekicks - or own virtual assistants - taking care of the tasks in your freelance business that your know you "should do" but never have time for.

Simply put, our co-workers make it easier and more joyful for you to grow your freelance business faster - by taking care of your "should-do-tasks" for you".
Currently, we have two Human-AI Managers available:
- Marketing Maggie - creates and schedule your social media content 📱
- Sales Sara - finds and connect you with potential clients 🎯
They will save you at least 8-10 hours each per month - time that you can instead use to focus on... well yeah, whatever you want to!
- Freelancers in any field (services)

Here's how it works:
- Set up:
- Choose your H-AI Manager
- Pay the setup fee and fill in your info
- Your H-AI Manager will create your Strategy
- Review and approve it
- Activation:
- Your H-AI Manager will create the work included in your service
- Review and approve it
- Your H-AI Manager will activate the work
- Your H-AI Manager will summary the outcome

Note. The initial set up period is expected to take max 10 days, after which your monthly subscription will begin. It's important that you review and approve your work in time to get the most out of your subscription.
AI assistants, employees, bots and agents are a great alternative when you want a cheap and powerful technical solution - and don't mind spending time with it.
Because no matter how fast the AI is, you still have to make time for it if you want it to be great. You have to select the tool(s), train them, manage them - and probably also tweak the output, potentially using several tools, before it's ready.
With our Human-AI Manager, you don't have to do that - as we take care of it for you.
Virtual and personal assistants are a great alternative when you want to work with other humans - and see the value in broadening your team's competences.
Hiring a VA/PA can be beneficial for your business growth, but finding the right person is not easy. The risk is that you end up spending more time managing your assistant than if you'd have "just done it yourself". It can also be expensive.
Thanks to our hybrid Human-AI model, we can leverage the competence of humans without the time wasted and high cost.
We guarantee that you'll get the work that you buy. For example, we guarantee that Marketing Maggie will create content and post it for you, and that Sales Sara will find leads and contact them for you.
However, we can never guarantee that the work will lead to ie. immediate sale, as that may depend on many factors outside of our area of work.
But you can rest assure that the H-AI Managers will always do our best to try to contribute to results, such as interest from new clients, and learning and improving their work.
If you’re not happy with your Human-AI Managers job, you can of course cancel the service.
PS. You'll get to keep the work that's been done for you during your active payment periods.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Note that you must cancel at least 7 days before a new payment period begins, and that the subscription will be active during your current payment period, to be cancelled thereafter.

However, it's our mission to help you grow your freelance business, and as such, we do our best to support you in your work towards finding and landing new and better paying clients.

While we don't take care of all of it for you, we aim to help make your admin work as easy and effortless as possible so you can focus more on your business and less on paperwork.

You can keep your membership and your access to Upbeater's Freelance Universe for as long as you want!
However, if you're using a paid service and you fail to complete the payment according to the payment terms, your paid service will be cancelled.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Just send an email to [email protected] and let us know that you want to cancel and we'll proceed with your request.
Note that if you're using a paid service, you'll need to cancel that service separately by contacting the service provider (the company that sold the product/service to you) and follow their cancellation procedure.
